Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Customer Support Specialist
(Contractor).
Key Responsibilities
Provide timely support to customer issues during the data exchange
process
Perform triage on errors and guide customers in resolving
issues
Track customer data exchange progress and escalate risks to
management
Required Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in the K12 education industry
Experience working with K12 Student Information Systems
preferred
General understanding of K12 roster data specifications
Strong competencies in working with CSV data files and SQL
databases
Ability to provide support during specified hours in the
contractor's time zone
