Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payor Dispute Coordinator to manage
payer audits and appeals while overseeing tasks delegated by the
Director or Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a liaison with billing centers and vendors to obtain and
distribute information
Process vendor invoices and manage payment disputes, including data
entry and appeals preparation
Collaborate with team members to support activities and workflows
while completing special projects as assigned
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
Experience in physician healthcare reimbursement
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Knowledge of medical billing guidelines and compliance, including
CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven
environment
