A company is looking for a Financial Modeling & Dashboard
Specialist to develop sophisticated financial projection models and
reporting solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive 10-year financial projection models and
dynamic dashboard reports
Utilize advanced Excel techniques and tools for data management and
automated reporting systems
Model capital investment scenarios and streamline financial
processes through training and implementation of software tools
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in financial modeling for multi-year
projections
Expert-level proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas and
Power Query
Strong background in capital project financial planning and
scenario analysis
Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable
insights
Experience in commercial real estate development and investment
portfolio analysis is preferred
