Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Service - Financial Services
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Provides prompt and efficient service to internal and external
customers
Consults and interprets contract provisions for policyholders and
agents/brokers
Assists customers with financial transactions and resolves routine
errors
Required Qualifications
Associate's Degree; Bachelor's Degree or relevant coursework
preferred
Three years of work experience, with two years in product-related
customer service preferred
Knowledge of financial services industry practices preferred
Familiarity with federal and state regulations related to financial
products
Valid credit check and/or background check required
