Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Revenue Cycle Management to
build and scale its revenue cycle management function.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage an efficient, scalable revenue cycle management
function and oversee day-to-day operations
Develop and implement improved revenue cycle processes from intake
to collections, utilizing data and technology
Partner with finance and cross-functional teams to enhance
performance and inform business decisions
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
At least 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management,
preferably in healthcare organizations
Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle practices, including
billing, collections, and third-party reimbursements
Experience in cultivating relationships with commercial payers and
managing claim reconsideration projects
Familiarity with revenue cycle information systems and project
management
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and demonstrate a
growth mindset
