Job Description:
A company is looking for a Compliance Director to lead its
Compliance Program and ensure adherence to regulations and
accreditation standards.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee licensure compliance and manage application and renewal
processes
Lead preparation for NCQA and URAC accreditation and coordinate
internal compliance efforts
Develop and implement compliance monitoring programs and conduct
internal audits
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a
related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience, including 3-5 years in
compliance-related activities
Knowledge of healthcare compliance, licensure, and accreditation
standards
Strong understanding of state and federal regulations governing
healthcare services
Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or similar is a
plus
