Job Description:
A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Clinical Review
Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Assist non-clinical staff with administrative reviews and initiate
referrals for care coordination
Perform comprehensive provider and member appeals, including denial
interpretation and retrospective claim reviews
Present cases effectively during rounds and seek advice from the
Medical Director when necessary
Required Qualifications
Current, active unrestricted Tennessee license in Nursing (RN) or a
behavioral health field (Master's level or above)
Minimum of 3 years of clinical behavioral health or substance use
disorder experience
Knowledgeable about community care resources and behavioral health
care levels
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
