Job Description:
A company is looking for an Engagement Manager to oversee
post-sales consulting engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Account Teams to support the positioning and sales
of consulting engagements
Manage and track the engagement delivery pipeline in coordination
with consulting managers
Ensure consulting engagements are executed on time and within
budget while meeting customer needs
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in Engagement Management within the
Enterprise Software or SaaS industry
Proven track record of managing consulting engagements with
successful delivery
Strong commitment to customer success and solving customer
challenges
Aptitude for strategic thinking and innovative problem-solving
Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse
audiences
