Job Description:
A company is looking for a Utilization Management Nurse
2-Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and communicate with providers, members, and other
parties to facilitate optimal member care
Utilize clinical knowledge and independent critical thinking to
ensure value-based care for members healing at home
Analyze data to make recommendations for improving patient care and
navigate multiple systems while managing cases
Required Qualifications
Minimum of an associate degree in nursing
Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in a compact state with no
disciplinary action
Three (3) or more years of progressive clinical experience
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
Ability to work independently under general instructions and within
a team
