Job Description:

A company is looking for a Vice President of Application Development.
Key Responsibilities

Manage geographically dispersed application development teams and oversee coaching and career development
Drive application development using modern methodologies and ensure adherence to design standards
Collaborate with teams to prioritize activities and ensure compliance with established standards and best practices

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
8-10 years of progressive experience in software development roles
7+ years of experience in Software Development Leadership
7+ years of experience in software design, development, QA, and delivery
Experience with Agile/Kanban development methods and practices
