Job Description:
A company is looking for a Marketing Director, Demand
Generation.
Key Responsibilities
Own the strategy, planning, and execution of all demand generation
programs to drive qualified pipeline and revenue
Build and optimize multi-channel campaigns across various marketing
channels
Collaborate with sales leadership to define lead scoring, funnel
stages, and handoff processes
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years in a
demand generation or growth leadership role
Proven track record of building and scaling multi-channel demand
generation programs
Deep expertise in digital marketing, including paid search, social,
and email nurture
Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM
systems
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA
is a plus
