Job Description:
A company is looking for a Small Business Program Management
Director to manage program development and relationships within its
Small Business Programs unit.
Key Responsibilities
Manage program profitability, growth strategy, and planning with
the program administrator
Analyze data to drive program growth and develop new and renewal
business strategies
Oversee underwriting audits and ensure compliance with guidelines
while developing underwriting policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 10 years' experience in underwriting, sales, and
distribution management
Knowledge of the insurance industry, particularly in the P&C
Programs sector
Technical expertise in underwriting principles and practices
Ability to establish interdepartmental and external
relationships
