Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Product, Growth to
oversee user journey and growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end growth funnel from acquisition to
subscription
Define and execute the growth strategy and roadmap while
collaborating with cross-functional teams
Lead lifecycle marketing initiatives, including onboarding and
re-engagement campaigns
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in growth product management, including
managing Product Managers
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Amplitude,
Mixpanel, or Looker
Experience in designing and running experiments across various
funnel stages
Deep empathy for users with experience in user research or UX
collaboration
Ability to influence cross-functional teams and communicate ideas
clearly
