Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager Compliance II - Testing &
Analytics to oversee compliance testing and analytics in various
banking areas.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the execution of compliance testing from planning to
reporting, including regulation mapping and risk identification
Source, validate, and analyze data to identify discrepancies and
risks, effectively communicating findings
Document and track compliance testing processes while ensuring
quality and adherence to compliance standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of relevant experience, or High
School Diploma with 12 years of experience in Compliance or related
fields
Familiarity with Controls and Risk Management Frameworks such as
COSO and BASEL
In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements affecting compliance
risk management
Experience managing a team and analyzing data for compliance
purposes
Proficiency with MS Office Suite and tools for auditing/testing and
data analytics
