      • Number of Beds: 26
      • Patient Ratios: 1:6 or team nursing 1:9
      • Scheduling requirements: Every other weekend
      • Floating policy: may float to other Medsurg units

        • Requested Skill Set: Must have a positive attitude, be able to work well with others, good time management skills, ability to communicate effectively.
