Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Customer Support Specialist
to provide remote support and troubleshoot customer issues.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical and customer support via phone and chat, handling
25-50 calls per day
Troubleshoot login issues, password resets, and technical product
questions
Accurately document all customer interactions in a CRM and
collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
Required Qualifications
One or more years of customer service, call center, IT support, or
healthcare admin experience
Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft
Office
Typing speed of 45 or more words per minute
Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 10 Mbps upload / 20 Mbps
download speeds)
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred but
not required)
