Job Description:
A company is looking for a Litigation Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and prepare subpoena responses
Assist and advise business units regarding requests from
customers/vendors
Coordinate and oversee outside counsel's work on subpoena-related
motion practice
Required Qualifications
J.D. degree from an ABA accredited law school
Active bar membership in at least one U.S. state or Washington,
D.C
2 years of litigation experience
Experience reviewing and responding to subpoenas
Insurance defense litigation experience preferred
