Job Description:
A company is looking for a Systems Performance Engineer to
optimize the performance of automated systems.
Key Responsibilities
Optimize end-to-end system performance across various workloads for
low-latency and high-throughput execution
Own and enhance execution infrastructure, increasing efficiency
across multiple asset classes
Analyze and improve code performance using profiling tools,
benchmarking, and tuning techniques
Required Qualifications
Proficiency in coding high-performance systems, preferably in
Python and/or Rust
Experience with profiling, benchmarking, and debugging tools for
optimizing latency-sensitive applications
Strong understanding of systems architecture, memory management,
concurrency, and networking
Foundational grasp of statistical methods and financial knowledge
is a plus
Passion for continuous performance improvement and efficiency
