Job Description:
A company is looking for a Credit Balance Specialist II.
Key Responsibilities
Review refund requests daily for validity and process
accordingly
Identify overpayment/adjustment trends and share with
leadership
Manage daily work queues of credit balances for both onshore and
offshore teams
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree
preferred
Minimum 2+ years of healthcare claims, billing, and collection
experience
Basic understanding of insurance/claims processing
Certified Ambulance Coder (CAC) preferred, but not necessary
Prior collections or medical billing experience preferred
