Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Care Advisor to deliver
exceptional customer experiences in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver a best-in-class omni-channel customer experience via phone,
chat, and email
Promptly respond to customer inquiries and work towards swift issue
resolution
Follow up on escalations and JIRA tickets to ensure completion
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a customer service team environment
General knowledge of life insurance customer issues and operations
processes
Experience with customer service tools (CRM, phone, etc.)
Valid life insurance license or ability to obtain one if
required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing
priorities
