Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payor Dispute Coordinator to manage
payer audits and appeals in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a liaison with billing centers and communicate with vendors
regarding information requests
Process and follow up on vendor invoices, including data entry for
payment disputes
Analyze payments and prepare appeals for Independent Dispute
Resolution (IDR)
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
Experience in physician healthcare reimbursement
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Understanding of medical billing guidelines and revenue cycle
management
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven
environment
