Job Description:
A company is looking for a Benefits Verification Representative
to work from home.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between patients, healthcare professionals, and
insurance carriers to resolve insurance-related issues
Utilize multiple systems and portals to process patient
prescription orders and handle inbound and outbound calls
Participate in a 4-week onsite training program and maintain a
goal-driven work ethic
Required Qualifications
Must live within 75 miles of Mount Prospect, IL
1+ years of experience in a healthcare environment, specifically
with medical insurance or benefits verification
1+ years of experience with Windows-based applications and computer
keyboarding
Direct/hardwired internet connection with specified minimum speeds
and a secure home workspace
High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
