Job Description:

A company is looking for a Guidewire ClaimCenter Team Lead to manage a team in implementing and maintaining Guidewire ClaimCenter solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of developers in implementing and maintaining Guidewire ClaimCenter solutions
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Act as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
7 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in Guidewire ClaimCenter configuration/integration development
Proficiency in Java, GOSU scripting, XML, SQL, SOAP/REST APIs, and Guidewire Studio
Experience in the insurance domain, preferably in personal lines
Strong Agile/Scrum project experience
