Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Systems Engineer to support and
enhance internal IT operations, security, and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to and resolve IT service requests supporting daily
operations
Facilitate the implementation of IT security and operational
improvements
Collaborate on major IT projects, including performance/security
enhancements and compliance processes
Required Qualifications
2+ years of IT experience, including security, compliance, and
cloud infrastructure support
Proficiency in collaboration/email SaaS (M365 preferred) and cloud
IaaS (AWS preferred)
Experience with endpoint device management and infrastructure
automation
Ability to work in an organization with deep SMEs while ensuring
high-quality execution
Experience in regulated environments (e.g., SOC 2 or HIPAA
compliance) is a plus
