Manage the end-to-end process of data analysis and ensure alignment
with business objectives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field required
5+ years of experience in data analytics or applied analytics
Experience with data analysis tools and techniques, including
visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret workforce data
Experience managing analytics projects and understanding
operational impacts
