Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Advocate - Spanish
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Support English and Spanish customer interactions in a contact
center environment
Act as a front-line triage for urgent customer issues and educate
customers on system usage
Document and manage cases, ensuring timely responses and
productivity goals are met
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred or 4 years of equivalent business
experience required
1-2 years of multi-channel customer service experience
Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking in both English and
Spanish
Familiarity with HCM software and troubleshooting software
configurations
Ability to work independently and interface with multiple
departments
