Job Description:
A company is looking for a Care Access Representative who will
serve as the first point of contact for patients, staff, and
physicians.
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service in a high call volume
environment while meeting call quality standards
Verify and ensure the accuracy of patient information for safety
and billing purposes, following established workflows
Schedule new and follow-up patient appointments and assist with
administrative tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
One (1) year of customer service and/or clerical experience
