YOUR ROLE
The role executes operational training and development program to
support floor associates and operational leaders for new customer
implementation sites and existing operations within NORTAM Contract
Logistics operations with a lean mindset. Hybrid work
environment
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Execute the new customer implementation training plan for floor
associates and operational leaders
Collaborate with site and regional workstream leaders to improve
effectiveness of new customer implementation training
Facilitate in person classroom and on-the-job training
Develop and enhance training curriculum including operational
videos, recorded calls, training activities
Develop and implement tools to assess training effectiveness and
reporting to senior leaders
Coach leaders to sustain use of operational training tools
Coach during on-the-job training using Work Instructions and
supporting job aides
Project Management
Up to 50% travel
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree.
BS or BA in Supply Chain, Communications, Human Resources
Development, Industrial Engineering Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
preferred
4-6 years Supply Chain operations experience, Project Management
plan development, deliverable and dashboard reporting
management
Facilitate in person training Design and deliver training
curriculum SmartSheets as project management tool Lucid for process
flow documentation preferred
Skills:
Proficient in MS Office Suite Expert in Excel and PowerPoint
Project Management plan development and managing deliverables
preferred
Assess and identify operational efficiency opportunities Design and
update operational process flow chart
Knowledge, execution and assess Lean Principles used within
operations to communicate opportunities with site leadership
team
Characteristics:
Strong interpersonal communication skills demonstrated a history of
developing relationships and building trust, and an ability to work
independently & in a team environment.
Comfortable with public speaking in small and large groups Coaching
and facilitate in person and virtual training
Proficient in verbal and written communication with various levels
in organization
