Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Consultant specializing in HCM
- Core HR, Compensation, and PEX.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Workday HCM implementations, including Core HR,
Compensation, and PEX modules
Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and
translate them into Workday configuration solutions
Provide expert guidance on Workday best practices, configuration,
and optimization to drive efficiency and effectiveness
Required Qualifications
Workday implementer certification(s) required
Demonstrated advanced experience in implementing and configuring
Workday HCM solutions
Additional experience and Workday implementer certifications in
Compensation and People Experience (PEX) are desired
Deep understanding of compensation principles and practices
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced
consulting environment
