*Job Title:* Application Analyst - Case Management*Location:* 2545 Park Plaza, Building 3, Floor 1, Nashville, TN 37203*Duration : 6 months**Shift:* Monday - Friday (8-hour shifts)*Position Summary:*The Application Analyst for Case Management Business Technology will support the development, implementation, and maintenance of case management technology solutions. Reporting to the Director of Case Management Business Technology, this role serves as a system and process expert, ensuring system integration, troubleshooting, and alignment with operational goals. The Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, efficient solutions while maintaining the integrity of Case Management Services applications.*Major Responsibilities:** Plan, implement, and support upgrades, configuration, and customization of CMBT tools and technologies.* Analyze end-user needs and proactively improve systems and processes.* Maintain system integrity through data review and monitoring tools.* Provide Level III support, collaborating with IT Service Desk, vendors, and support teams to resolve issues.* Design and maintain reports aligned with business requirements.* Build effective relationships with project teams, clinical/business leaders, and IT groups to ensure compliance and standardization.* Support user training programs and engage in UAT, regression, integration, and system testing.* Contribute to automation and technical strategy development.*Must-Have Desired Traits/Experiences:** *Collaborative:* Team-oriented with strong ability to work with cross-functional groups; quickly analyzes problems and identifies effective solutions.* *Innovative:* Thinks creatively, embraces ambiguity, and drives outside-the-box solutions.* *Flexible:* Adapts seamlessly to shifting priorities and dynamic environments.*Education & Experience:** Bachelor's degree (preferred, healthcare-related field a plus).* 5+ years in technology product development and implementation (required).* 3+ years in healthcare (required).* Experience with MEDITECH or acute care EHR systems (preferred).* Scrum/Agile or Six Sigma/LEAN certification (preferred).*Key Skills & Behaviors:** Service and quality excellence with a customer service focus.* Effective decision-making and clear communication.* Ability to foster strategic relationships and drive change.* Knowledge of case management functions and technology solutions.Job Type: ContractPay: $35.00 - $37.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:* 401(k)Schedule:* 8 hour shiftWork Location: Hybrid remote in Nashville, TN 37203
