A company is looking for an Outbound Customer Service Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

Learn and deliver scripted dialogue to schedule attorneys for hearings
Quickly understand business operations and make frequent calls
Meet or exceed specific goals and participate in daily team meetings

Qualifications:

Solutions-focused mindset with problem identification and resolution skills
Technical savviness and strong analytic capability
Ability to function in a fast-paced and innovative environment
Experience in a customer support role
Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
