Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Outbound Call Center Agent to
engage with donors and secure financial support for non-profit
organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate positively and engagingly with donors and prospective
donors
Secure financial contributions on behalf of clients
Maintain minimum fundraising and productivity metrics
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
1 year or more of successful outbound telemarketing experience,
preferably in telephone fundraising
Dedicated wired internet connection
A quiet workspace free from interruptions
Basic computer skills and familiarity
Commitment and enthusiasm for charitable and non-profit causes is
advantageous
