Job Description:
A company is looking for a B2B Marketing Manager Lead focused on
sales enablement and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy to
enhance sales team productivity
Create and optimize sales content, playbooks, and training
materials
Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to ensure sales teams
have updated product knowledge and insights
Required Qualifications
10-12 years of experience in sales enablement, B2B marketing, or
sales training, with a Bachelor's degree; 8 years with a Master's
degree
Strong understanding of sales methodologies and processes
Experience with CRM systems and sales enablement tools
Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing sales performance
metrics
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
