Job Description:
A company is looking for a Principal BI Engineer to join their
Business Intelligence team and drive strategic decisions through
data insights.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of scalable ETL/ELT processes
and data models
Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to a team of BI
developers, ensuring adherence to best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business
requirements into technical BI solutions
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience with SQL, Python, and related programming
languages for data transformation
7+ years of experience building data solutions using leading BI
tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI)
Proven experience in leading and mentoring data developers
Strong experience in performance tuning and optimizing SQL queries
and data models
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering,
or a related field (preferred but not required)
