Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Talent Acquisition to oversee and drive talent acquisition strategy and operations in North America.



Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives
Drive the recruitment process for executive-level and high-impact roles, ensuring a positive candidate experience
Measure, analyze, and report on key talent acquisition metrics to optimize processes and drive results


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced HR certification is a plus
15+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership or director role
Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing talent acquisition teams
Expertise in recruiting for senior leadership/executive positions across multiple functions and industries
Strong understanding of recruitment marketing and talent pipeline development
