Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director of Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate resources, processes, and solutions for
product releases
Establish timelines and ensure teams meet deadlines while
delivering quality products
Build and grow a team of engineers, mentoring and participating in
architecture and solution design
Required Qualifications
Master's Degree in computer science or related field with 10+ years
of management experience
20+ years of software engineering experience, including
enterprise-level design and development
Experience leading a team of at least 30 people and managing a
budget of $4,000,000 or more
Strong architecture and engineering experience with Java stack and
cloud environments, preferably AWS
Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and build
high-performing engineering teams
