Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director of Engineering to
lead the growth engineering team and drive user growth
strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the growth engineering team, overseeing technical
strategy and product engineering
Develop strong technical leaders and drive innovations in product
experiences and mobile platform development
Influence and participate in the overall product strategy for
user-facing features
Required Qualifications
Experience in building an end-to-end technical/product pillar for a
company
Scaled leadership experience managing 100+ engineers across
multiple locations
Prior experience as an engineering lead for a consumer-facing
application development team
Strong technical depth in product engineering with hands-on
experience
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or
equivalent experience
