Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Director, Volunteers.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in designing and implementing the volunteer program,
including developing role descriptions and maintaining records
Implement recruitment strategies and oversee the onboarding process
for volunteers
Serve as the primary contact for volunteers, organizing training
sessions and coordinating schedules
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in volunteer
management
Bachelor's degree in a related field or commensurate experience
Proficiency in volunteer management software and understanding of
data protection regulations
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Ability to lift and carry supplies and equipment up to 30 lbs
