Job Description:
A company is looking for a ROI Medical Records Specialist -
Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Process release of information requests accurately and efficiently
while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations
Perform quality checks on all work to maintain accuracy and
confidentiality
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and orderly
work area
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma (GED) required
A minimum of 2 years prior experience in a medical records
department or similar setting preferred
Strong computer software experience, including Microsoft Word and
Excel
Ability to type 50 wpm and use office equipment such as fax and
scanners
Self-motivated team player with proven customer satisfaction
skills
