Analyze recruiting metrics to identify trends and optimize

Required Qualifications
5-8 years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Full-Cycle
Recruiting
Proven ability to partner effectively with stakeholders at all
organizational levels
Strong track record in closing candidates in complex offer
scenarios
Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in remote work
settings
