Job Description:
A company is looking for a Claims Support Specialist for
Supplemental Health Benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Support claim examiners with claim set-up and handling
Manage and resolve payment discrepancies and handle eligibility
inquiries
Generate customer correspondence and maintain relationships with
internal and external customers
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Diploma or GED
5 years of experience in customer service
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
Experience in managing work queue assignments within agreed
SLAs
Ability to collaborate across departments to address shared
customer needs
