Job Description:
A company is looking for a Workforce Coordinator to manage call
center activities and ensure service levels are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor real-time agent activity, occupancy, and adherence to
maintain service levels
Manage scheduling for call center activities, including training
and team meetings
Communicate with management and staff to track operations and
resolve issues
Required Qualifications
Associates degree or equivalent experience
1 year of job-related experience
Knowledge of call center workforce management software and
operations
Experience in workforce management, preferably in a contact center
environment
2 years of experience with NICE IEX/WFM software and Cisco phone
platform preferred
