Job Description:
A company is looking for an Employee Benefits Account Executive
to manage client relationships and provide strategic consulting
services.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and retain an existing book of business while acquiring new
clients
Conduct regular client meetings to discuss claims, compliance, and
renewal processes
Prepare new business strategies and present benefits information to
clients
Required Qualifications
NYS Life, Accident & Health License required
Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
10+ years of experience in large group Employee Benefits customer
service/account management
Basic computer knowledge, including spreadsheet creation
