Job Description:
A company is looking for a Florida-Based Helpline Counselor.
Key Responsibilities
Provide crisis/suicide intervention services and conduct basic
needs/safety assessments
Offer information and community service referrals to callers
Deliver supportive listening over phone or virtual chat
Required Qualifications
Must be a Florida resident living within the state
Minimum of an associate's degree from an accredited university
Four (4) years of combined education and relevant work
experience
Ability to pass a level two DCF background screening and a drug
test
Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM
