Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Engineer, Infrastructure
Modernization.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify business opportunities, addressing customer
technical objections and developing strategies to resolve
blockers
Provide enterprise infrastructure modernization solutions,
including technology advocacy and proof-of-concept work
Guide customers through assessments of existing application
environments and recommend modernization strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
4 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a
customer-facing or support role
Experience with cloud infrastructure engineering, on-premise
infrastructure engineering, virtualization, or containerization
platforms
Experience presenting to technical stakeholders and executive
leaders
Experience in prospecting and maintaining customer relationships in
Enterprise accounts
