Job Description:
A company is looking for a Compliance Director to manage its
compliance program and ensure adherence to regulatory
requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Compliance Work Program and team, including policy
development and incident management
Evaluate program activities for alignment with regulatory
requirements and propose necessary changes
Conduct research on regulatory matters and provide guidance to
operational teams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
5+ years of healthcare compliance experience
5+ years of experience managing programs and stakeholder
engagement
Ability to analyze and interpret performance data and regulatory
requirements
Experience managing healthcare or social service programs may
substitute for compliance experience
